Why This Stack Works

CJC-1295 (without DAC) and Ipamorelin work on two different receptor pathways to produce a synergistic amplification of growth hormone release. CJC-1295 acts on GHRH receptors while Ipamorelin acts on ghrelin receptors — together they produce a GH pulse 3–5x greater than either peptide alone, while maintaining the natural pulsatile pattern that avoids receptor desensitization.

Peptide Breakdown

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

100–200 mcg
Frequency
1–2x daily
Route
Subcutaneous injection

Administer on an empty stomach, ideally before sleep

Ipamorelin

200–300 mcg
Frequency
1–2x daily (same time as CJC-1295)
Route
Subcutaneous injection

Inject simultaneously with CJC-1295 for synergistic effect

Protocol Schedule

Inject CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin together, 30–60 minutes before sleep (primary dose) and optionally 30 minutes before training. Maintain an 8–12 week cycle followed by a 4-week break. Administer on an empty stomach for optimal GH release.

Expected Results

Improved sleep depth and quality within 1–2 weeks. Progressive improvements in body composition (fat loss, lean mass gain) over 8–12 weeks. Enhanced recovery, skin quality, and energy levels. Mild water retention in the first 2 weeks is common.

Research Notes

CJC-1295 has been studied in a Phase II clinical trial showing sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation. Ipamorelin is considered the most selective GHRP with minimal cortisol or prolactin elevation.

Cautions & Contraindications

Use with caution in insulin-resistant individuals — GH elevation can affect insulin sensitivity. Not for use with active malignancy or during pregnancy.
